Two special productions of Stravinsky's most beloved ballet, The Firebird, performed forty years apart: not only does this DVD contain the modern version by the Royal Ballet starring Leanne Benjamin as the Firebird, it also includes the 60s television recording in which Stravinsky himself conducted his ballet.
