Don Pomponio Storione travels the world trying to find a suitable husband for his daughter Lisetta. In every city he visits, he submits an ad to the local paper, hoping this way he will finally find ‘the one’. But unfortunately this turns out to be the wrong approach: he experiences one embarrasment after the other and draws in the strangest people. In the end he – much to his dissatisfaction – has to let Lisetta marry the man of her dreams. Recorded in 2005, starring Cinzia Forte, Bruno Praticò and Charles Workman.
